Placed and order a month ago for a gin advent calendar to be told it’s been lost by Royal Mail, the issue isn’t Royal Mail it’s with you, no options, poor comms, easy to blame someone else, only now being told I can make a claim. Poor customer service take your business elsewhere.

I made an order on 16th November for an advent calendar. It’s not only not here but I’ve had absolutely no communication to say why it’s not here or any sort of apology. I have received emails from them trying to sell me things though! Sort out your priorities, Craft Gin Club.

Customer service is appalling, very little response to a failed delivery for an order which has been paid for on November 18th and is still not received. All I am told is the problem is with Royal Mail, which isn't the case, the problem is with the Craft Gin club for failure to supply. I am so disappointed with the company, not what I expected at all, my expectation is now zero

Failed on delivery twice and all they offered was a few points as an apology Also magazine was missing on 2 occasions

The delivery did not come as yodel said-I waited in all day.After 2 days of long webchats( also waiting a long time to connect to a chat) my box arrived to a neighbours location I did not want to bother & it was damaged -the crisp packet split & broken crisps distributed through my box .I have photos but cannot download.Gin club sent me a standardised reply which was of no use.I have reluctantly cancelled my Membership

Still haven’t had my October box yet the payment has been taken... I never had an issue with the September box and this is the first issue I have had with craft gin club ... I can only expect it’s because they have moved from Royal Mail .. I have had no replies to my emails sent a week ago and it’s now 12 Oct 20. I had this issue with the Craft Rum club a couple of years ago and that wen bust ... Change back to Royal Mail ..!!

Their courier have lost the box, there is no way of calling this company and 1 week after sending my issue via email as they advise still no reply, looking at the reviews this seems to be a common issue with this company, very poor customer service!

Shocking service avoid at all costs. Missing deliveries and you won't be able to contact them and they won't respond.

Still waiting on a reason for a fake delivery attempt. Working from home, no knock on the door, no note, app said parcel supposedly left with a house that didn't receive it either.

I have yet to receive my October box which is my first. I have sent multiple emails and have only been fobbed off. Now 7 days after I should have received it they are ignoring me. I paid for the box in September and they are blaming YODEL but have no intention of re-sending my box. I have asked for a refund or a new box to be sent to me. Guess what? Yes, they are still ignoring me. I am out of pocket and no gin box. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. I will advise any friends or family not to touch them! AVOID.

Since yodel has taken on delivery it's a disaster! I've been told my box is in my back porch-don't have one! Now been told mix up with barcodes means it's 100 miles away! Yodel said they'd investigate and call back -nope. Have contacted ginclub-silence! Looks like we'll be cancelling. Such a shame as box is a real treat if you get it!

Ordered my first box it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer services only to be told that there had been a mix up with tracking codes. They sent a new tracking code but it was the same as original. Yodel could not help because my delivery details did not match the code I was given. Contacted customer services again but they have not investigated the issue and have offered no help or refund. Massive disappointment. For a subscription service you would think they would be more concerned with deliveries going to the wrong place 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wouldn't waste your time in joining. I have yet to receive my September box which is my first. I have sent multiple emails and contacted them on social media but have yet to receive any response whatsoever. Whatever happens from this point i will be very hesitant in continuing my membership from my first experience, lets face it first impressions count for a lot!

Never got my aug box seems hermes lost it Contactd customer service they honestly didn't seem to care about loosing a member responses were like talking to a robot and pretty standard

Well, it was fun while it lasted You're only as good as your weakest leak, which means Craft Gin Club is as bad a Hermes. Hermes lost my parcel (obviously) So they told me that they would send another via Royal Mail. This also didn't happen nd they are now ignoring my emails. My advice to anyone considering joining is a big no. They have ruined their business

I have been a member now for over 2 years. So instead of receiving my lovely box at the beginning of the month.....as the song goes by Diana Ross 'Im still waiting. Must be on a slow boat from China. In there wisdom they, that is Craft Gin Club decided that the Royal Mail obviously was'nt good enough, so they then jumped into the frying pan by using Hermes.....yes those guys that really look after your parcels by tossing them into the back of the van, without a care in the world as to how they will arrive. Also poor response with trying to communicate with them to find out what the hell is going on...If it is down to money then that is really sad as they have P*ssed alot of customer off and the comments on Instagram will not do them any favours. So John and Jon and the the dragons den investor, what are you going to do about it.If i could have scored no stars i would have.

First time with Hermes a total fail,was told delivery would take place last Thursday and tracking shows it was delivered. Imagine my disappointment when arriving home from to no gin box( despite confirmed safe place). Tracking now shows in depot since last Friday which to this day it remains. Unable to contact Hermes,sent two emails to Craft club and informed a member will look into it but very busy. Bring back Royal Mail.

Order hasn't arrived twice now. Had huge issues receiving a refund. Explained my situation due to living on an army Barracks. They couldn't have cared less. Terrible to see how the corces community is treated by this company. Shambles
