“Not easy to spend points. You have to spend a lot of money to use them. You should be able to save them up and use the whole amount on one bottle of gin.”

“Great getting the emails telling you your Gin box is on the way, always great contents and mostly wonderful Gin’s. Think I have only had 1 in over two years that I was not keen on, but the wife liked it. Keep them coming.”

“Customer service is a complete joke, as I can see other people think this as well. I totally agree with other people stating the contents other than the gin have gone down also.Have been a member nearly from the start of the club and you seem to send so many promotional emails for new customers and take little notice of long standing ones Love it below says how did you communicate with the company. That’s a laugh you don’t give out a number. You’d get nil stars if possible”

“My mum who has dementia tried to cancel her order which she bought me for my birthday over a year ago, she finds it difficult to use technology and there seems to be no other way to cancel her order other than on the internet. I live 800 miles away and am not there to help other than on the phone. This is an absolute nightmare to cancel and I not recommending this product to anyone in the future. Kirsty”

“Nightmare to cancel. Absolute radio silence via email and no phone number. You have to register in their 'members area' to cancel, and then click no fewer than SEVEN confirmations. We'll see if it sticks.”
