“The office staff were very helpful and did their very best to make sure that this very urgent parcel got to London. The driver wasn't quite as timely as we were expecting and really struggled to find / stop at the practice, which is not that easy to manage but he did seem to make a bit of a meal out of it! However, all in all I was impressed with the service, the parcel got to the destination just in time and I would use the service again.”

“I was able to arrange an urgent delivery over the phone. Once booked I received email confirmation and good were collected in approx 90 mins. I was then called twice while my good were being transprted to advise me of the progress - Very good service.”

“Good communication throughout. Delivery was in good time. The courier was very helpful. It would have been ideal if the courier could have turned up at the collection point in less than the hour and a half allocated, but I don't know the logistics so perhaps this is or was not possible. All in all very satisfied.”

“Simple to set up and proved very reliable. My only complaint is the cost although to be fair same day courier services are all very costly and courier expert proved reasonable in that context.”
