I have used Courier Expert several times in the last month, I was very impressed by the customer service and computer updates.
I decide to use Courier Expert more frequently and so set up an account. However as soon as I did this, I was given a 15% price increase. I had found Courier Expert to be competitive to other couriers we had used but now I cannot justify the extra cost.
