“Things do sometimes go wrong and then the way that you respond is very important. You proactively responded to my adverse feedback, you recognised that things had gone wrong and told me what you were doing about it. You have definitely made a big difference to how I felt about this delivery and I appreciate your swift, open and honets response. I will continue to use you in the future and hope that "normal service will be resumed" and everythig will run to plan as normal in future.”

“Great service! After having other couriers turn up and refuse to take the chair as it wasn't packaged we really struggled to find a resolution. Courier expert were really helpful and sent me a quote straight away and confirmed the above item was ok to take. The only reason I marked 4 instead of 5 is that I booked collection for 10:30am but they arrived at 08:00am way too early for my volunteer to be on site.”

“My collection and delivery worked fine, but the live updates website was always showing wrong information. It would show me that the driver would get to the collection point before 14:12, but when I called Courier Expert and they said their system showed the driver would get there before 15:00. When I placed my collection I warned that the item had to be collected before 15:00 and the driver was late and collected at 15:15. At least that was ok, but it could've not been. Also, when the driver delivered the item he called me and let me know but he didn't confirm it on the system so I had to contact Courier Express and make sure he really had delivered. In the end everything worked fine, but for the price that it is Courier Express should've delivered a stunning job, not a "ok" job.”
