The office staff were very helpful and did their very best to make sure that this very urgent parcel got to London. The driver wasn't quite as timely as we were expecting and really struggled to find / stop at the practice, which is not that easy to manage but he did seem to make a bit of a meal out of it! However, all in all I was impressed with the service, the parcel got to the destination just in time and I would use the service again.
