“Collect parcels in Enfield and delivered to Fareham 110 miles away within 4 hours of us making the first call can't ask any more than that.”

“Package had to be with client before 4:30pm, 5:00pm latest, driver had traffic issues and was delayed. Vehicle was supposed to be a car but a transit van collected for delivery. Driver did his very best to get package delivered to a site where the contact had left for the weekend. Driver was able to gain access to the building and find someone to sign for the documents from the correct department.”

“The courier arrived later than the 80 minute timeframe specified, due to traffic. He was polite, but this was unnerving for me, so being kept updated on this the ETA by the company by text would have given the service 5 stars. However, the package arrived at its destination before time and the driver contacted me to ask for further instruction as the recipient was not at home to accept delivery. The company also called to suggest options after which the courier delivered to a neighbour. Head office provided me with the necessary proof of receipt.”

“Rang up at 10.30 am package picked up on Manchester at 11.30 and delivered to Barnsley around 1pm. No dramas, no problems just good service and value for money.”

“I have used Courier Expert several times in the last month, I was very impressed by the customer service and computer updates. I decide to use Courier Expert more frequently and so set up an account. However as soon as I did this, I was given a 15% price increase. I had found Courier Expert to be competitive to other couriers we had used but now I cannot justify the extra cost.”
