“A last minute urgent same day requirement came up and we found Courier Express randomly via Yellow Pages or something similar. The young lady who took our call and processed the instruction was polite, efficient and friendly and very, very patient. Service was exemplary and timely/and did exactly what we needed. Will definitely use again”

“It is the first time that we have had to use a courier service for the purpose of getting parts to a job. From making the call to gettting a very reasonable cost it was made very easy and Chantelle along with the driver should take full credit. Given the same circumstances we would certainly use Courier Expert again.”

“Excellent service. Parcel collected from Dunston, Lincs as promised, within the hour, by a lovely chap. Left me at 8.30am and was in Surrey by just after mid-day. Received regular updates along the way too, which was very helpful. Would recommend and will use again if needed.”

“the call center was very helpful, i needed to contact them 2 or 3 time, on each occasion they had the answer which I could relay to my customer and you wher cheaper than your competitors, I WOULD USE YOU AGAIN”

“I was happy with the telephone service and the pick up but I was assured the parcel would get to the destination no later than 12.30 p.m. and it got there around 1.30. Pick up at 10 a.m. going to Manchester - 3 1/2 hours , even with traffic, is a long time. regards.”
