“the call center was very helpful, i needed to contact them 2 or 3 time, on each occasion they had the answer which I could relay to my customer and you wher cheaper than your competitors, I WOULD USE YOU AGAIN”

“I was happy with the telephone service and the pick up but I was assured the parcel would get to the destination no later than 12.30 p.m. and it got there around 1.30. Pick up at 10 a.m. going to Manchester - 3 1/2 hours , even with traffic, is a long time. regards.”

“Really really efficient and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Extremely helpful, felt I was using a company that understands modern pressures talking on the phone etc and at the same time integrating with the computer billing,quoting and letting me know when my parcel had arrived. Thank you to Andy who was so helpful as he understood my needs of urgency for getting this parcel where it should be.”

“Needed an emergency collection and delivery immediately to drop off 8 miles away rand courier expert and was quoted (not a ridiculous amount) - they said delivery would be by 3pm - I accepted, paid and then was updated at regular intervals as to the progress of the job Delivery was made as promised at the time promised for the figure promised what more could you ask for?”
