The courier arrived later than the 80 minute timeframe specified, due to traffic. He was polite, but this was unnerving for me, so being kept updated on this the ETA by the company by text would have given the service 5 stars. However, the package arrived at its destination before time and the driver contacted me to ask for further instruction as the recipient was not at home to accept delivery. The company also called to suggest options after which the courier delivered to a neighbour. Head office provided me with the necessary proof of receipt.
