“Very good service - telephone enquiry was dealt with efficiently, courier arrived on time to collect (in fact 5 minutes early, but was happy to wait whilst we finished packaging) and was very polite. Package was delivered on time. Same day delivery on a Sunday is an excellent service, and one not offered by some of the large courier companies.”

“I arranged for a delivery collection at 7am, driver did not arrive until 8am. I asked the driver for an explanation and he thought he was scheduled to collect at 9am. The out of hours contact, however, were helpful, but my parcel arrived later than I had scheduled which was a shame.”
