“Very good service even with a short notice booking. Will definitely use again.”

“Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, our customer was 3 hours late in receiving the their delivery as the driver put the incorrect postcode into his sat nav!! This was a huge inconvenience to us as we were not updated and my director had to take the boxes home with him and wait for hours until they collected! We would appreciate some kind of refund for the hassle!”

“The service, the driver and the price were all great - the calls I got from someone called Simon in your Customer Service team were appaling! He actually called me to apologise for the driver being 45 mins late but said he would need to charge us for the previous day because the driver had to wait 10 mins! Everyone else would make me use and recommend Courier Expert, Simon would make me look elsewhere.”

“Initial phonecall fantastic, very efficent. Unfortunately the collection failed as our supplier had closed by the time the courier arrived - who was outside the 90 minutes specified. I spoke to Tamara about it the following working day, and she agreed to re-action the delivery that day which was fine. We obviously let our customer down, so I asked for a credit. Tamara's manager tried to counteract that by saying that there should be a cancellation, but she would speak to Mo, who was on duty that Friday evening, and they would get back to me after that. Nothing more heard, so I assume I was right and they were wrong. Pity they didn't admit it, and I would then have given them Very Good service tick!”

“Service was excellent. The initial contact over the phone was great and everything was explained well. The call was followed up by email. Courier arrived on time to collect and deliver. All processes from start to finish was followed up by an email.”
