“excellent service, great flexibility - you can arrange courier from A to B anywhere in UK even if your based miles away from both locations. keep it up! Shorter telephone intro would be good.”

“The admin staff is very lovely and effective, but the delivery is really disappointing. The delivery was ordered at 2:45 and the driver only appeared at 5:20- at which time I should have already left to the post office. The driver could not find the correct address.”

“I scored the service as "very good" for one principle reason and a couple of minor reasons. The principle reason was, they were there when I wanted them, that was at 11.30 p.m. on a midweek night. I was able to speak to a very helpful guy ( not a recorded message giving options) who really did his best to give me what I wanted. He even added ideas that proved to be most beneficial. My delivery was made on time with a tracking email sent to me when the receiver signed for it - vital information in my circumstances. Having said the above, I thought the service was a "tad" expensive. Having said that, if I was in a similar jam in the future, I would use the service again.”
