“Courier Expert were very efficient and handled the enquiry well although I think it would be better if the firm didn't make a charge for the call. The quotation was promptly supplied and it was the cheapest of the three received by a significant amount. After acceptance, arranging for the delivery was very straightforward and the courier arrived exactly when he was due. The company provided email updates of collection which was excellent. Unfortunately, the delivery was late due in part to a motorway accident. However, the courier's satnav took him to the wrong destination. If this hadn't happened, then the delivery would have arrived in the nick of time. The delivery postcode shown on the Courier Express acknowledgement was correct and when checked on Google Earth, correlated almost exactly with the delivery destination.”

“Very efficient service and the items were delivered as promised. My only reason for 4 not 5 stars was because it took 100 mins to collect not between 30 - 90. Would definitely use again & recommend to others.”

“AMAZING! We were in such a jam - a friend needed something delivery to the airport for a plane she was about to catch, and the lady on the phone helped me deliver the package quickly and safely. Your customer services team are exceptional and our friend would have missed her flight without you, we really owe you and your amazing company! I cannot sing enough praises. The driver even called me when the package had been delivered just to give me piece of mind. Will definitely use you again and again.”

“I am both grateful and thankful that my parcel arrived, as promised at the destination required. I encountered some extremely helpful people both during the initial process of booking the service and during the time when I became anxious about fulfillment. Most of my anxieties could have been avoided if there had been an initial proof of receipt at the time of pass-over of parcel a more timely internet proof of payment a timely call to state completion of delivery. Given these factors, I am still grateful for the service. Mary Tudor”

“The instruction was that the envelope had to be collected by 1300 hours as the office was closing. Unfortunately the courier turned up at 1330 hours which was disappointing as a member of staff had to stay in order to facilitate the collection.”

“I was pleased with the help I received in booking this over the phone, however I unfortunately had to cancel this courier and was disappointed that the cancellation charge was £25.00. I cancelled within 10minutes of booking and I understand card charges need to be covered, but this seemed very steep to me.”

“Simple to set up and proved very reliable. My only complaint is the cost although to be fair same day courier services are all very costly and courier expert proved reasonable in that context.”
