“I telephoned Courier Expert at fairly short notice and was met with a real person at the end of the call. Both people I spoke to (Maurice and Jasper) were very friendly but professional. Nothing was too much trouble and my request could be accommodated within my timeframe. I was sent a confirmation order and once the process was underway I was provided with updates on progress. Even when there was a slight hickup with the delivery address, I was still informed and kept in contact. I received final confirmation of delivery. The price was competitive, I would definately recommend them and would have no hestitation in using them again.”

“Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, our customer was 3 hours late in receiving the their delivery as the driver put the incorrect postcode into his sat nav!! This was a huge inconvenience to us as we were not updated and my director had to take the boxes home with him and wait for hours until they collected! We would appreciate some kind of refund for the hassle!”
