“The website is very easy to use and very informative. Once I had placed my booking I got a phone call to make sure of all the details I had put in were correct. The lady on the phone was very helpful”

“All the key facts are explained on their website. Very easy to make a judgment on whether the hotel will suit your personal tastes. Telephone calls/emails are answered promptly and the information provided by the booking staff is spot on. If they do not have the answer to hand they do get back to you.”

“i did a search of local places for a spa break and was most impressed with the website, pictures and the place ticked all boxes for what i was looking for. The booking process was easy and the confirmation email and voucher contained all the information included in the package i booked. Very much looking forward to our stay.”

“Online booking straight forward however you should make clear that unless you’re prepared to pay for menu supplements there is very little choice on the menu. 4 from 7 main course items had a supplement. Frankly this feels a bit of a rip off. If you had been up front about this I wouldn’t be complaining and would accept the terms”

“Had a very pleasant stay. Just wanted a bar meal one night but very disappointed with the choice - burger or pizza?? This could do with an overhaul. This is kid's food not adult fare. Otherwise all well - staff very well trained and incredibly welcoming and friendly.”
