“Swift booking process & prompt contact from staff to ensure the options I requested were arranged with the hotel of choice. Particular shout out for Libby who once I mentioned I was deaf asked if I would like to request a quieter table at our booked dinner reservation to support communication. “I would definitely recommend Country hotel breaks they were very friendly, helpful and professional. After several emails directly to the hotel I was still having problems booking a particular room, in a particular hotel that is close to a wedding venue that I am going to attend this summer, but the staff at Country Hotel Breaks have completed my booking for me. “Amazing offers and easy to make the booking, but it would be great if the site was a little more user friendly to make it easier to find hotels. The map doesn’t really work when you’re trying to look at locations. When you zoom it it just zooms back out again and it’s pretty impossible to use. It would also be great if when you clicked on a hotel then went back, it took you to where you were in the list again rather than throwing you back up to the top. Having an option to like/favourite hotels or add them to a list would also help to keep track of the ones you like”
