“Booking was easy once i realised that the first date wasn't available and I missed seeing that information at the top of the page. It would help if that piece of info came up in red so that it isn't missed. thanks”

“Booking process was relatively easy, only thing I couldn't find was a sample menu for the restaurant - I understand it may change regularly but a sample one could be provided. A minor issue really.”

“I did everything online, which was easy then received confirmation and email to say my booking had been confirmed. That's the only interaction I've had with the site so far. The next questions are not relevant to me therefore I cannot answer them correctly”

“Initially I honestly hated the app. The link I was given didn't work. I emailed and got another link, this let me in but the cost after using it was more than it would cost on-line. I tried again later and got straight in and booked the hotel we wanted. Don't know if it was the app or me to be honest. The staff were helpful when I was having the isdues, so thank you.”

“Maybe it was the 'system' but booking and paying really was difficult to do! The 'system' went down about ten times, response was a snail pace, i had just about given up, tried final time and somehow i got there! i had the timeto keep trying, had i not had the time i would have given up! Anyway, looking forward to the hotel stay.”

“Good service but the first hotel I booked I was told later that the dates booked were unavailable. I then rebooked with alternative dates and was told the hotel was going to be taken off your web site!”

“Very pleased overall, no problems with booking and arrival, glad that you had pre-booked our table for dinner so we didnt miss out. The only negative was that paying extra when choosing a hotel was not made clear until the final stages of the booking process.”
