“The whole booking system from start to finish was so clear and straightforward When searching hotels again the information on each was so clear and informative. I had to contact customer service as I didn't receive confirmation, although it had been sent it was just glitch. They responded immediately and sent it again,it's a nice change to have confidence in customer service...would definitely recommend”
