“The packages are nice but I didn't read the fine print before booking. Not only does cancelation incur a £35 fee but you also have to call to cancel, there isn't an option to do it online. After doing research, I also realised I could've saved money through another site. I think the package will be nice for what I booked but I won't use the site again. Their practices seem outdated to me.”
