“I was making a booking for 3 people sharing a room, mid week. There was a special offer based upon 2 sharing a room which we were eligible to make use of however, the booking form was not able to show this clearly and showed a booking for a double for 2 adults, the third adult was tacked on to the end of the booking form shown as an extra with B&B accomodation. The chat assistance was very useful but it is disconcerting to have a booking form that shows the booking as for 2 adults at the top. The chat and email assistance assures me there will be a single bed provided for the third person, but again there is no reference to this on the booking form.”

“Holiday package very attractive, appears to be good value with lots of well chosen extras, had some problems with the payment system but probably me pressing or not pressing the right buttons, almost instant polite help messages from customer services so well done”
