“I made my booking via telephone as being a person of a certain age who enjoys the personal contact. All told I made three phone calls and was very fortunate to get the same lady each time. Regrettably I failed to get her name. However she was extremely pleasant, very helpful and assisted me with my reservation.You are very fortunate to have a member of staff of this quality who made my experience of dealing with Country Hotel Breaks a real pleasure”

“Very pleased overall, no problems with booking and arrival, glad that you had pre-booked our table for dinner so we didnt miss out. The only negative was that paying extra when choosing a hotel was not made clear until the final stages of the booking process.”

“Didn’t find the site easy to use. Would be better if there was some sort of filter on. Also had to click on quite a few hotels to find out the exact location.”
