“special offer on double roon including breakfast and evening meal with wlcome drinks unbeatable. booking via phone contact and e mails first class THe hotel has fantastic staff. perfect location for the Peak District around Bakewell/Chatsworth. recently refurbished and very clean. good menu and reasonably priced.”

“I booked a 5 day stay at Drumossie Hotel in Inverness in October 2026, after receiving an email from you advertising this hotel. I received the booking confirmation immediatley. Later that day I got a phone call form one of your customer services team to tell me that Drumossie Hotel is no longer accepted bookings from 3rd party companies - ie from you! However, the hotel is still on your website and is still taking bookings! I am very disappointed about this. I have booked many times using your website and never had this experience! Can you explain what is happening?”

“I was having trouble finding a suitable hotel in the area I wanted - we had a gift voucher to use. I spoke to a very helpful staff member called Linda - she suggested suitable hotels and we finally found one which she booked for us. Confirmation email with all necessary details was sent through promptly. Many thanks.”

“We made a booking and waited three weeks, only to be informed that it was no longer available. This left us with no suitable alternatives in the area we are travelling to, creating significant inconvenience at short notice. Despite having taken our payment, the company has neither delivered the service nor issued a refund. Communication and customer service throughout have been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before booking with this provider.”
