“Very easy to deal with, even when I had to make a phone query. Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with, called me back very quickly once they had contacted the hotel and they had an answer. Already recommended to a few friends and look forward to using again in the future.”

“The site is not easy to use. You need to know their way of talking in the first place. It is not laid out in easy to follow steps. We had to phone them at some point to get help. We wanted to extend our two night stay to three but there was no explanation how to do this and what we tried didn't allow that to happen. It wasn't at all clear how to find a hotel that our voucher would cover. We hated using the site and more than once talked about cashing in our voucher so we didn't have to use the site. We would never give this as a gift to anyone, it was a real chore to use.”

“I recently found it necessary to change my booking. I would like to highly commend Toni who looked after me perfectly. It makes a great change to talk to someone on the phone who offers great service from the time they pick up the phone. Toni listened and showed interest in what I had to say and dealt with my booking change effectively. *****”

“Very easy to book online followed by an immediate confirmation by email. A further email to confirm evening meal timing preferences. Brief conversation later to clarify I had the room of my choice with a very helpful receptionist who was very engaging. Can't fault the booking system, correspondence or the excellent receptionist. T quality service.”

“After speaking to Linda she really helped us as we were having issues with our voucher code & where we could use it. “the booking process was reasonably straight forward and the website seemed reasonably quick however it would be nice if there was an overall map of all the properties so you could easily see where they are without having to go into each property seperately. Also with a link to the properties from the map. This would make the process 5 star if it worked well.”
