“The booking process was easy and I received an email immediately confirming all correct details. I have been impressed with the service from Country Hotel Breaks, so much so I rang to let them know. After booking I asked if they could arrange for the twin room I had booked to be placed on the ground floor to ensure my elderly mother didn't have to walk upstairs. They got onto it straight away, copying me in on their request to the hotel. When the hotel confirmed this request was assured I then had a telephone call from CHB's to confirm. The professionalism was much appreciated in a world which often doesn't answer or confirm back.”

“Very easy to book and the process of provisional booking then confirmation after checking with hotel only took a few minutes. Very good price way better than other sites and hotel directly. Hopefully the actual hotel will match up to the booking process.”
