“Booking our Country Hotel Break proved to be a problem as we wanted to book an extra night but the system just seemed to ignore this request. So Claire from Customer Sales proved to be invaluable when she adjusted the booking so that this 2-night request could be remedied. She was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and made everything so much easier. Thank you”

“Very easy to navigate website. Plenty of choice of hotels to suit all budgets too. We knew exactly where we wanted to go which helped. Booking process very easy to go with the only glitch being the first time I entered our gift voucher number the first letter went in as upper case when it wa lower so the voucher wasn't accepted. Second time no problem at all. Confirmation of booking came through instantaneously with all the details covered by our booking and also directions of how to find the hotel. All very helpful and now we can look forward to our break at the end of March. I thoroughly recommend and hope to book with you in the future.”

“We were wanting to book a specific room at Danesfield House so contacted the COuntry House booking service, they rang us back and had the same answer that we had that it could not be guaranteed, we decided to book anyway as we have stayed before in the deluxe rooms and had been very comfortable we just wanted a balcony room this time so we live in hope thank you for trying”
