Straightforward booking process - was disappointed with the very limited range of dates and hotels on offer (even booking mid week and months ahead) but that said, once I found something suitable, the booking process and confirmation went very smoothly. Good value for money overall.

I am so pleased I found this website, it's comprehensive, has lots of options, and some great deals. Any communication I had was professional with a fast response. I booked one break away and upon my return immediately booked to return with friends!

Booked with a Voucher and was abit of a nightmare to find the correct link to apply this. Turns out my voucher is worth £50 more than the cost of the room I will be staying in - great! Check in & Check Out times on website are not easily visible on website. There was no information about the facilities & restaurant menu incorrect on website; had to Email multiple times for information about the above; and Customer Support were somewhat helpful somewhat rude. Checked the reviews after booking and abit worried about the stay itself...

Dear Customer We are disappointed to receive a two star review. All the information for each hotel is clearly displayed on our website, we can only apologise if you were unable to find this. I can see that you contacted us via email regarding your potential booking when our office was closed and we responded the following morning answering all of your questions. I am sorry that the hotel's menu was not up to date, however these are sample menus and are changed seasonally. I am pleased to see that we were able to send you the correct menu. The voucher purchaser kindly included a small supplement for you to choose your dates all year round including peak season, as you booked to stay in the lower season, there is a small price difference of £15. Our lines are open until 7pm during the week and until 6pm at the weekend, you can also email us at any time, our team is here to answer any questions or concerns. We wish you a lovely stay. Not particularly helpful with my booking query, had to call back twice and still not resolved. Ended up calling the hotel direct to get a response and they sorted it out immediately

Dear Customer Thank you for your 3 star review. I have looked into your enquiry and when you called you asked for a marina view, to ascertain whether this was possible & available we needed to contact the hotel. We received a reply from the hotel within two hours and my colleague called you back to advise you of the hotel's reply and you decided you were not going ahead with the booking at that point. As we are a booking agent with 240 hotels on our portfolio, there are times when there is specific requests and / or requirements, we need to contact the hotel in question.
