“I have used Matthews Cotswold Flour for several years now. The flour is excellent quality, you can tell just by feeling it, and always enhances my baking. Their ordering on line service is very efficient. My orders always arrive promptly and are wrapped up safely to protect them from the weather. On the rare occasions when I buy other flour because I have run out and not reordered in time, I really notice the difference. Supermarket flour just is not the same high quality.”

“The choice and variety of flours is excellent, as have all of the flours that I have purchased from Matthews. The bigger sacks that can be purchased on line are also very good value. I look no where else for bread flour now.”

“Really good flour, reasonably priced, big range of organic. I started buying Cotswold Flour during Covid19 lockdown, & have not looked back. We use our breadmaker all the time, & buy flour regularly for it. I also buy plain & self-raising for baking. Buying 5 bags at a time is not a problem as we use it all the time for bread.”

“Love your bread flour. I am new to bread making after having a kitchen aid for my birthday I decided to try your flour. I prefer my bread made with French flour and it is difficult to find. Yours makes a lovely loaf and I will continue with it.”

“Many different flours available. Great flexibility as most are available in both small and large quantities. As a home baker this is great as it allows me both to experiment as well as buy my regulars in sensible larger quantities. Delivery has always been in very good time and the quality never drops.”

“My regular order is there when I want it but I can skip a delivery if I need to very easily. The quality of the flour is fabulous so we have a stream of breads that just go on. Love it”

“I have used this company for several years now and am very pleased with the quality and service. I make all my own bread and yes, you can get cheaper flour in the supermarket, but the quality and taste is inferior. I have had no problems with delivery and it has always come well packaged.”

“I have been baking bread with Cotswold Flour for years, and now I bake for family and friends, since no store bought bread will suit them anymore. Cotswold Flour has great selection of ancient grain flour, which I strongly recommend, the flavor is very distinctive, it raises well, a pleasure to knead.”

“Many thanks to the great people at Mathews. I have not eaten shop bought bread for many years now. I now only eat my own home made breads. The superb flours produced at the Cotswold mill, plus the many tips, and recipes that come from their newsletters, have encouraged me to make breads, such as Brioche, and Baguette, which can be made into a delicious garlic bread, with Belle Blanc flour, also Cotswols Crunch, and Eight Grain breads, and of course the strong white flours for the household staple loaves. Totally wholesome, and delicious, and they go down very well with other members of the family. Thanks again to the Mathews family for their brilliant products.”

“I have been a customer of Cotswold Flour for 4 years. I love the variety of flours they offer and that I can support regenerative farming practices by buying these products. Most important - the flours make delicious breads, pastries and pizzas. My only criticism is that some flours are not always available - so snap up your favourites when you see them.”
