“I love all the flours I have made bread with. I particularly enjoy the excellent flavours of the added grains, seeds and flakes. All flours are a joy to work with. I would prefer to buy direct but find the delivery charges excessive.”

“So happy to have discovered this spelt flour producer (Mathews Cotswold Flour), I have been making sourdough bread for about 4 years, (a loaf every few days) after finding it was ok for my son to eat, who was wheat intolerant, as the fermentation process partially digest the wheat (specifically the more ancient spelt verities) such that he can eat it with no issues, the final loaf is notably larger than other brands, and the mother rises more. This must be due to it being more nutrient rich and better production in some way. Such amazing bead making flour and flavour is awesome too. Thank you for producing this product.”

“I make my own bread and find Cotswold flour excellent quality.They have an extensive range of flours for both bread making and general baking..Their range of flours are extensive and at a very competitive price.They support subscribers with advice and recipies which are excellent, and also bread making/baking videos I followed a video for sourdough bread and after previous dissapointing results in the past ,produced a sourdough loaf I was really proud of.! They welcome feedback and support their customers with offers and videos to support their bread making and baking and give personal feedback . I can not praise them too highly.I reccoment them to all bakers and breadmakers wether home based or professional”
