Delivery timescale is not acceptable. I placed an order on 26th November and it still hasn't been despatched. Whilst I have received an email apologising for the delay and offering a refund that's not really the point.
Black Friday deals, discounts etc are clearly intended to boost sales but if the resources necessary to process the increase in sales aren't in place to cope, you will inevitably end up with disappointed customers.
