“Postage cost makes it more expensive than tesco”

Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback, we appreciate that. We realise that our delivery costs may be on the higher side - we're sending products with a very high weight to cost ratio, and we do not have the resources devoted to delivery that some of the biggest retailers in the UK might have. We are just one relatively small mill in the Cotswolds. This said, we always do everything we can to reduce the cost for delivery to our customers, including making delivery free for orders over £50 to most of the UK. “Delivery timescale is not acceptable. I placed an order on 26th November and it still hasn't been despatched. Whilst I have received an email apologising for the delay and offering a refund that's not really the point. Black Friday deals, discounts etc are clearly intended to boost sales but if the resources necessary to process the increase in sales aren't in place to cope, you will inevitably end up with disappointed customers.”
