“Really nice flour to bake with, I use them all in different quantities for soudough making and I always end up with a beautiful loaf. I know they are healthy as the flour is top class and I also know care and consideration has gone in to every bag of flour. This is my go to flour from now on.”

“The flour is awesome all the types I have tried have been the best quality and I am extremely pleased with the results obtained from them. My only gripe would be the delivery is a bit slow and the 8 grain which is my favourite keeps going out of stock.”

“Great quality, great service. I don't do fancy or complex baking, just regular loaves in a Panasonic breadmaker, two or three a week. I have sacks of Cotswold Flour Eight Grain and Churchill White, and it only takes a moment to put a loaf on. Can't go back to shop-bought loaves after this.”

“I've been using Cotswold Flour for many years now, mainly either Churchill and T55 for bread making. Over the past couple of years, I've also been mixing some of the heritage flous with it too, which gives it a really old-fashioned taste. All our flour, including self-raising and pizza flour come directly from Matthews too. Definitely recommend.”

“At last we can continue to eat real French baguettes! Travelling through France we realised we were cured of IBS and bloating and wished we could take it all home. Discovering we could buy this T55 French flour at home and make our own is fantastic!! It was delivered in good time too. Thank you!”

“I do quite a lot of baking and like to use organic British flour so when I discovered Matthews Cotswold Flour I ordered my first box of 5 bags and am very happy with them and the bread, pastry and cakes they make. The website is easy to navigate and the order is delivered promptly. I like the Organic Wholemeal and Strong White bread flours for bread, the self-raising flour for cakes and the Organic White Spelt for pastry and biscuits. I like reading the baking suggestions on the regular emails from the Mill.”
