“I Have been using eight grain for years. Makes lovely bread, but I also use it for cakes and pastry. The only flour I have in the house. Also ordering is easy and deliveries are prompt.”

“Very impressed with the range and quality of the Cotswold Flour. Customer serivce is very good. I ordered a pack of 5 bags that were delivered carelessly, leaving them outside my porch in the rain. I reported it to CF for their information regarding the courrier. They were keen to know if anything was damaged in order to replace the items, but thankfully due to their care in packing, none of the flour was damaged. I was impressed by their caring attitude.”

“Im a keen and prolific home baker. I have been buying all my bread flour from Matthew's Cotswold Flour for some years now. The quality and range are unsurpassed. Prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. Having bought and tried various flours from a number of different millers within the UK, I can unequivocally say the Cotswold Flour are the best available, and I hope to be a happy customer of theirs for many years to come.”

“I always use Cotswold Flour to buy my flour from to make my bread in my Bread Maker. I only make my own bread, and, I never buy supermarket or shop bought. I buy a 16kg sack of flour, which lasts me months and I bake bread at least twice a week. They are always good value and the flour quality is really good and of high protein content, and I always have success with my bread rising every time I bake one. The delivery time is excellent and always on time. I will continue to buy my flour from Matthews Cotswold mill, as it's reliable and I know where my flour comes from. I am at the moment using their organic white flour which is excellent. And have used quite a few of their different flours for all my bread baking. Thank you for an amazing and excellent product.”

“Love these flours. Just wish I could get them in supermarkets as before. Tesco used to stock a wide range, now only stock one or two and not OSRF. Will keep ordering, as they are far superior to whats available on shelves!”

“Been using Cotswold Flour for around 5 years or more. Always some intersting and tasty flours for bread makers. The nature of the business will mean some popular lines are occasionally sold out. Not to worry there is plenty to choose from and a handy email follow up will let you know when your favourites are back on the shelf. Happy to keep using them for another 5 years at least!”

“As a home baker, I started using Cotwold Flour during the Covid pandemic, when bread flour disappeared from supermarket shelves, and I've used them for all our bread and other baking flours since then. OK, Cotswold flours are more expensive than supermarket flour but the difference in quality is totally worth the extra cost and the customer service is excellent.”

“What I specially enjoy is the available choice of different flour: yes, Spelt is a favourite for everyday (white and wholemeal) but then there is Einkorn, Emmer and Ancient Cotswold Crunch. A fabulous choice for different tasty breads (I mainly use a mix) . Khorasan I now ordered but haven't tasted yet.”

“I have been useing Cotswold flour for a number of years now and have found the flour to be excellant. It is used for baking breads,cakes, pasties,batters, providing you select the corect flour for whatever your baking they have a product to fit the bill.”

“Everybody is different but Cotswold Flour offer such a wide variety there are probably numerous floors you will love, my favourite is 8 grain, rich nutty with a slightly malt flavour”

“The flour from Cotswold Flour is unsurpassable in quality and taste. I use seeded flour and strong white flour to make my loaves and have done so for many years. I would not use any other and I would not willingly eat any other bread. It is simply the very best”

“I have purchased Cotswold flour for several. Covid got me started on soda bread, then into grainy bread and now a mix of Canadian White and stoneground wholemeal. All works well. It starts with good flour and I wouldn't buy anything else.”
