Gluten Free products?

Hi Moira, unfortunately we are not currently able to offer Gluten Free products - we're a 100 year old mill with limited space and we currently do not have the room needed to make and store gluten free goods (they need to be completely separate from products containing gluten to avoid any possible cross contamination). Never say never, but at the moment we are unlikely to be able to start doing Gluten Free in the near future. Sorry we can't be of more help at this time! Josh from Matthews Cotswold Flour
