“Delicious flour, which I discovered when Covid struck and I could not find flour in the shops. I have never looked back. Family and friends love it too. I have made my own bread for 35 years, but your flour takes it into a different league. My favourites are Cotswold Crunch, Stoneground and Eight Grain. I was a bit upset when the first two became unavailable recently, but are now back on. Not quite sure about your discount policy. Some months there is one, other months not.”

“I use almost exclusively Matthews Cotswold flour for all my baking and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!! Such great quality and variety, I absolutely love the blends and speciality flours!! Big props from South African Baker!!! ❤️”

“I only buy Cotswold flour since I first discovered it. Just made a delicious sandwich loaf as my hubby prefers a soft sliced loaf. I added 50/50 milk & water , olive oil & 50/50 Cotswold Eight grain & strong white flour to get the perfect mix for his taste.”

“Delicious sandwich loaf made with 50/50 strong white flour & 8 grain flour. I exchanged 50% water for milk & prepared & cooked my loaf in my Kitchen Aid bread bowl. Gorgeous loaf & dinner rolls”

“After a nice freebie with the Panasonic breadmaker my first attempt at making a purchase was disappointing and not fulfilled. I found the website with its many filters far too fussy - I am not selective on UK or Italian flour, organic or regenerative, and a lot of product was out of stock. I might have to resort to supermarkets”

“Flour is generally of excellent quality. Bit dissatisfied with the OO flour not being as it's advertised and what I have purchased. Not sure if I have received the correct grade as it was sligthly yellow in colour”

“I came across matthews Cotswold flour quite by accident, my usual brand of flour was unavailable and so I was looking for bread flour to make some breakfast rolls, I picked up the all purpose flour (unknowingly) and used it to make the rolls , the results were amazing, a lighter roll and very tasty, on checking the packaging I found that it was all purpose flour, and have continued to use it all manner of baking with excellent results, this flour is wonderful and I can highly recommend it for all sorts of baking , including , bread and rolls 👍👍👍👍”

“I was recommended to use the Cotswold Flour , and to buy the Canadian flour as it's the best and it truly is and my new bread machine . My son lives in Canada and I was telling him about the Canadian flour , and he said funny you should mention it I never liked bread until I tried it in Canada and he has been eating it ever since . So it must be right”

“Cotswold Flour is probably, no definitely second to none when it comes to flavour and taste, I know as all the bread I bake non ever gets wasted. I used to use a competitors flour but since buying Cotswold Flour I would never go back, the variety of flours and the taste are all there.”
