“Once your details are logged on confused you are sent a reminder 30 days before… all the quotes are sent through. Contact the Company with the cheaper quote. Couldn’t be easier, for year after year I’ve left it too late and accepted the quote from the same company . Not any more … would recommend Confused”

I’m sorry to hear you had this issue.
If your vehicle was converted after being sold it would most likely still appear on the database as a van rather than a campervan.
