“Van insurance is a good price but your app on iPhone is rubbish, I had 1 coffee left to claim at Greggs on the rewards but since I brought my new insurance through you my rewards is not working just says reload the app which doesn’t work so I will lose that now as it’s nearly the end of the month , and my new insurance is not even showing up in the app , and when mentioning this to you have to wait 8 working days 😡”

“Simple to use in the fact that you only have to put the details in once although as per any insurance it seems to take an age to put all the required details in to get the quote but that's not confused.com's problem
