I had an email saying time to review you home insurance so I did I took the confused.com deal. It was not time to renew, i nearly ended up with cancellation and admin charges.

It was not a good experience!. I filled in all my details 4 times but couldn't find out how to contact AA to accept their quote. Some Time later the AA quotation was removed from CONFUSED's List of quotations.????????... So I went back to my previous Insurance Co, with SANTANDER!.

Very useless. Gave all the information then got various quotations but cannot apply online. I had to call the brokers and give all the information again and then to be told they do not cover unoccupied property despite searching for unoccupied insurance. Waste of time.

put in all details then link failed between you & Esure so had to contact Esure direct to complete policy!!

I was half way through completing the purchase on line when there was a computer glitch at Esure's end and I was unable to continue and gave up! I will investigate quotes elsewhere.

If you want to be confused use this site which is aptly named. The process is simple but try and claim your so called reward, that's when you'll be confused. I spent a long time trying without any joy, I tried on a different device and on one of my neighbours on a different supplier ....same result = nothing. So why would I recommend?

The quotes you gave me were different (higher)when I rand the suggested suppliers.

I tried everything under the sun, and could not make payment, there was a pay now option at the bottom of the page but when i clicked on it, i was taken to the top again. When i found instructions, i followed them but ended back at the pay now. This is the most frustrating site i have ever used. The thing is i was happy with the price and wanted to buy but it wasn't to be.

We are old age pensioners and very limited in computer language including abbreviations ect. We have sent the money to you for our home and contents insurance, and now you ask for all manner of very confusing articles that we just do not understand. Please send what you now require in plain English PLEASE. Mr&Mrs Hutton

selected esure insurance for my home and contents cover. I could not use your link to provider I then tried the telephone only to be put on hold for ages. I then gave up and used comepare the market.com. ps sheilas wheels were just as bad could not contact them either

Hi - Sorry to be so negative. But there are serious issues with the service you offer. I bought home insurance (Intelligence) through confused.com in good faith. I rang Intelligence with a query - they then explained that the policy I had bought through Confused a) did not include flood cover! and b) required the purchase of a security system with an annual service fee. Both conditions were of course totally unacceptable. I read the policy - this was not at all clear on a first reading. Moral of the story. Don't buy second hand through Confused. By directly from the Insurer you will check that your level of cover is as required.

picked Tesco home insurance and it would not let me go to there site to buy it,also I reported it to you and you have not got back to me, very disappointed you did not get back to me with an explanation

Some of the quotes are not really and when you would like to choose them they offer a way higher prices
