I got my insurance then had to cancel as made mistake. Redid correctly and insurance co stole £50!!! I went through same company for insurance so stolen my money!!!! Disgusted.

I thought I purchased insurance but no money has left my account yet and I've had no email confirmation, so I'm not sure whether I'm actually insured.

We were given a quote for a policy but when we went to the insurers website, with the same answers, the quote increased by £200. Not surprisingly we did not take out the policy

my history or a recent claim was not carried though to the LV quote - so the price in creased a lot when Ispoke to them total rubbish

I found it difficult to make an accurate comparison between my renewing policy and the options provided by Confused. Slight variations in terminology and the levels of cover didn't help.

Tried to arrange insurance 4 times and after going through to insurance company and typing in my details many times, the payment wasn't able to be taken, so have up in the end

I was directed too confused.com by TopCashback because there was a £30 reward for combined contents and building insurance. After purchasing the product I then checked back into TopCashback - although the tracking was there the amount or transaction details had not been added to the TopCashback system so now I have to try and fight for that £30 - this is not an experience I will repeat and your site is therefore not a site that I will recommend.

There's nothing to review about confused.com I have been a customer for many years and I don't get any sort of incentives to keep using the services. What is the point of me keep coming back? I don't understand what tangible things are you trying to improve on?

Gave me a quote from a well known insurer that wouldn't insure my type of property - so wasted a full 45 minutes on the whole process. Insurer said they should never have quoted via Confused on a converted barn.

Very misleading and vague questions about main residence and when property will be permanently occupied. Confusingly confused. Had to phone Sainsbury's Bank to resolve issue after taking out insurance.

Put in all my details even that the house is timber and all they came with was for company's that don't insure timber houses

I find all the sites have stupid questions like how much does it cost to rebuild your house. I hate looking at sick-making screens to get quotes and would rather speak to a friendly human in an office. The options never include my actual work or my reality. The stock answers lack choice or imagination. It says it is quick and it is never quick. The resources that go into the machines are bad for life on Earth. I detest the whole thing. Bring back a phone and a human in an office.

A waste of time. I wanted home contents insurance and filled in all details but at end when i wanted to choose between home or home plus would not let me select my option. Tried everything but gave up. So wont try again

I am very frustrated that when I make choices for example in contents insurance new of old and with no excess this is ignored similarly other options are ignored no doubt to keep the price down. Please don't treat the public like fools tell use the cost of what we have asked for.
