Confused. Com sent me a renewal for my insurance. It wasn’t a renewal it was a new policy and £700 more than renewing my existing policy. They served to confuse

It’s so misleading! An insurance price quote of £180 ends up being £380 when you enter your details and therefore doesn’t match your current provider at all. No point to it.

I Went through with AA Platinum for home Insurance/Contents. If I would have gone through Confused it would have cost me further £120.00.

I entered my information on your website and was quoted a premium of £528.60. You transferred me to the insurer's website to conclude the transaction only for them to tell me the price would be £960.04. I have not proceeded with the transaction and am unlikely to us confused.com again. Michael Brooks

I cannot buy the insurance I want it will not let me proceed This is on all the insurance companies, when I get to the payment page it says error please try later This is incredibly frustrating as I have to go through it all again I will lose my benefits with confused.com if I renew directly with the existing company

I spent over 4 hours in 3 days trying to establish why you locked me out trying to pay for a new policy which failed time and again because I don`t have mobile telephone. I am 85 and have had a phone since 1964. At my age I don`t need a mobile phone never had. I will never ever try to do business with you and will tell my relatives and friends.
