You won’t pay me my £20 voucher although I have just purchased home insurance. You are using the excuse that I am using a different email, but I have used it before and you have always accepted it. In fact you have just emailed me on the very email that you won’t accept for my voucher claim !!! Funny people !!!

Chose the insurance company to purchase but not working, try several time, buy somewhere else. Very poor website.

I insured my home insurance with Avviva but whilst it originally tracked with top cash it has not progressed further nor did I receive the Lidl or Halfords £20 voucher

Got lots of quotes - very low figures until you contacted the insurance company, who informed you that the figure quoted by confused.com was the VERY basic figure. This did not reflect the actual COST. VERY misleading.

I couldn’t get it to go through to payment. I wasted hours trying to do it. And I couldn’t find a phone number so that I could do it with a real person.

Our quotation wasn't honoured by the insurer and didn't include the bicycles and computers we had added. We have been backwards and forwards on the phone trying to rectify this all week.

Trying to contact Curry's customer services was a joke. My mother was left without her washing machine for over 3 weeks, which was unacceptable. It has put me off purchasing any items through Curry's.

Hi I had quotes to renew but when accessing the individual sites and updating and editing the quotes it stated there was a problem and I couldn't proceed this happened twice and so I could not renew my home insurance with confused .com

filled in all the form for Hastings Premier house insurance including bank details. Had no email or notification from Hastings Insurance and when I checked there is no telephone number to contact them

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently.
