Tried it, picked a candidate, clicked appropriate box, things worked up to the last little bit, but no connection made. Tried three time with same result. Waste of time!

Have used a comparison site in the past and was very pleased with the quotes. This time I put all the information requested in correctly got quotes that I was happy with and then when I checked the policy some of the details were incorrect. When I corrected the errors the quote went up by about £30.00 which really annoyed me.

Thought I had purchased my policy on 17/3/23 however no money taken out of my account which I only realised on the 14/4/23 so tried again. Again uninsured until today when it finally worked. Obviously ended up paying more than I was first quoted. Very annoying.

Website ok. I went on to purchase my insurance from Saga via the confused website but when I tried to input my payment details the system would not allow it. I had to complete the purchase via the telephone.i therefore was unable to claim my free gift from confused.

I received an email from you stating that my policy for home and contents had run out that day, as I was on a week of 12 hour nights and had just got up ,I took out a new policy through you when it was not required, so I would not recommend you at all

Absolute waste of time. Gave all my details to generate quotes, only to find that top 2 providers would not honour them and either failed to process payment or increased quote by 12% when attempting to buy.

Your site referred me to a Broker who quoted a low price but then wanted me to contact them even though no details changed and the price went up by about 25%. When I use Confused.com I want to go straight to an insurer, your site loses all its value when it allows lowballing by brokers.

The quotes supplied were based on "information we already have" and assumptions that were either inaccurate or very wide of the mark. Almost purchased a home insurance policy that did not include building cover before I realised just in time. It was only when I went back through my profile information I found all the errors. Not sure why they were so wrong, as most of this information i know and would never have guessed at, such as the year my house was constructed and how many bathrooms I have. And I have never ever asked for a contents only quote, so don't understand why this was what I was given If you are including "known" information in your queries, the customer should be able to confirm they are correct as none of this information was presented to me to check.

Keep getting reminders of my home Insurance due on the 26th March. Went with Tesco's as per quote but when selecting it, came back with this reply. "We are sorry, on this occasion we are unable to give you a Tesco Bank Home Insurance Quote" Going to their website to continue, I filled in another form of theirs which was nearly the same as I filled your form in, they came back with a quote of £138, obviously I didn't take up. I then selected the RAC policy quote, paid for it but the policy came through nothing like I had filled in. For a start it said I only had 6 rooms when I had filled in 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus 6 other rooms not including my integral garage, so I cancelled that and received a refund this morning. So it looks like to me your online form for quotations is really bad or these companies that give quotes are rubbish. So I will not be taking any quotes up from you, now and in the future. Have been taking out Home Ins for 60 years and never had a problem like this, I also have never claimed in my life.

I was about to renew My home insurance but could get the answers to my questions from esure so I paid £30 more and stayed with my old company
