If the home insurance you organised with AXA for me on the 24th.(approx) of March starts (as it should) on 03/04/2022,I shall be relieved. The button you sent to me to connect by 'phone to AXA, doesn't work. Ihave no policy no. or any means of contacting them. If I don't hear from you within two days, I shall contact Barclaycard!

A total waste of time. Once confused had given me various quotes, I then went to accept them, but the price nearly doubled when confirming everything on their site.

Quotes on confused.com are very mis-leading.The insurers always seem to find a way of bumping up the quote.

Not impressed with reward voucher scheme, and cant comment on home insurance as although I have bought it I havent had requirement to use it yet. The reward scheme has too many steps to take advantage, and due to an issue with my system I've now lost the reward voucher. I wont be using Confused.com again or recommending them

Waste if time. When you do a search it brings up a great price. However when you go to the insurers site to complete you realise that the policy quoted is for a lower. When you add price jumps up

i was confused !!!! given a quote of 155 but went to look at it a few days later and had gone upto 166 and couldnt retrive the old quote even though it was still valid

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. I wanted cover outside the home and all the five companies you gave me did not do this. It would be better to tell me all your companies did not do this instead of sending them through to me. So not impressed.

Once I had filled in the online questionnaire I chose to go with Admiral Insurance. I also chose to have the £20 pound Halfords Voucher, however I could not proceed any further so had to come out of Confused. Com and go directly to Admiral which meant I missed out on the Voucher.

I purchased my contents insurance from performance direct which you listed in your results but after 6 days I am still waiting to receive my documents or any confirmation that I am insured. They took my payment on the same day. I assumed that Confused.com would have certain standards that the companies you recommend have to adhere to but apparently not. I am now out of pocket and still not insured. A very poor service, and not one I would recommend. I have tried to call them three times and emailed twice, I now have to try to get my money back.
