I had a quote from ONE CALL ins,recomended,by CONFUSED.com.a complete waste of time,tried to accept the quote from ONE CALL,over a 2 day period,but without success.Gave up in the end,& went back to my last years ins co.IE FRESH,did the deal in about 10 minutes.I think the problem was with ONE CALL.who didn’t want to know.!!!!!!!!!.

Emailed me quote (s) Could not work out how to actually purchase it Then you sent me the most confusing and convuluted set of instructions I did not even attempt it. What in god's name is up with a "BUY IT NOW BUTTON" I still have no house insurance . I bet you do not about it

Waste of time, The site passed incorrect/incomplete data to the insurer meaning that, when I had spent 15mins correcting it on the insurer's site, the premium changed significantly. Had I missed this, I would have risked having invalid insurance

Sent me a reminder my houe insurance was due 30 Apr 22 so renewed o ly to find out my existing policy was nit dye util 20 Jul 22, not impressed!

I found the site really difficult! But finally accepted admiral insurance. But could no get an answer to my questions when I was on chat . I called them only to find they where not taking calls !! So opted for direct line

I was sent a quote for home insurance based on previous years details. This was sent three weeks before start date of the new policy. I went to buy the quote a week before the start date and the now revised quote had gone up +50%. There was nothing in the first quote to say that it was time limited and confused continued to send me reminders right up to renewal date quoting the lower price which was not going to be honoured.

Supposed to get cash from Topcashback when confused confirms purchase. No nothing. False pretences. Why promise and then nothing. It seems to be confused about whether I purchased insurance. So confused. Com is just that.
