“The selected insurance - Nationwide - did not ultimately offer the cover asked for by me in the Questionnaire. What is more worrying is that this wasn’t immediately apparent. So I thought the whole exercise was a bit pointless.”

“I tried to go with the top insurance company but every time I clicked on their website it said £10 more than on confused, then I tried the second one with no luck, as it told me to log on then refused to accept my email address. I then tried third one down and RIAS was so easy. Very frustrating experience”

“I bought my house insurance from Swinton insurance by following the link from the list of quotes given to me on the Confused.com site. I purchased the insurance but this has not registered with the site as I keep getting emails telling me to take up one of the quotes and also I can’t claim my £20 reward!!!”

“A service that works OK, but your constant reminders by email became nothing but nagging, pushing a hard sale, once I've clicked through, purchased the insurance, YOU should know, and thank me rather than pester me...yes I will buy through you again next year, but please cut it with the nagging 😊”

“It is very good only having to put your details in once and then being able to compare prices and products. But what is really annoying is when the links don’t work.... the 2 I tried for 3 consecutive nights did not work. Extremely frustrating as I then had to go to the products website and input my details again!!”
