On this occasion the quote experience was very confusing and not as smooth as previous occasions - I ended up buy insurance for lower level of cover than I requested when I completed quote questionnaire

I was influenced by your radio advertisements and thought that I would compare. LV also has radio advertisements which were convincing. However, they could not match my revised renewal quote.

It was OK to fill in, but I was logged out several times. After I logged on, I had to fill in my quote again, so not a very nice experience.

Ok until British Gas website which didn’t work. Rubbish. Checked today still a problem. Tried on 3 devices 4 browsers. Bought 3rd up and happy

Too many processes to just get a quote. Signing in. Making up a password. Finding out you had one before and cant remember it? Then trying to retrieve a password that you dont remember from a previous address? And not being able to do anything till you have made a new password.! Waiste of time. I'll just make a few direct calls next time!

Although the confused element worked well once I tried to buy insurance I was unable to complete the transaction. Maybe not confused fault but as I went in through your platform it reflects badly

Was looking for home insurance for a house that has flooded in the part at Confused.com but the results do not show if an insurer excludes flood risk. It's only possible to find out by going to the insurer's web site, going through their confirmation of details and only at the end of that can you find out!

Disappointed that having fully completed all questions, was advised when I phoned that my engagement ring had not been included in the quotation from Homenet. When this was re-quoted it was a higher price than our existing insurers quotation (which we have now renewed).

I really appreciated the home insurance. However I am really saddened to hear that after covering an unforeseen event that actuaries would right off offering another year of insurance. It has been expensive covering an unknown event, but I wound have been happy paying more knowing I was covered. This was not offered.
