Visited your site and was transferred to the Swindon site where I purchased my home insurance. Not clear if this qualifies for your price promise or the rewards so confused is confusing.

Put all the relevant details in your quote yet certain things never transferred to to actual companies so things weren't right and used a different company, very very poor!

I've purchased from One Call but I'm unable to contact them back as I'm needing all of my policy paperwork sending to my home address as I don't have a printer to print off if you can get nick to me & let me know if this is possible I would really appreciate it

Only do online policy 99% of the population want there policy documents sent in the post to read and file away at there leasure..I only purchase from companies that are are compatible with my needs .not online

i completed an insurance transaction through confused.com and was asked to choose from 3 rewards. i chose their hello fresh option and now my bank account is £ 34 .00 lighter. hello fresh dismissed me completely when i contacted them. i tried to contact confused.com by phone, which is impossible. i will not use them again and urge others to follow.
