You were unable to quote me on my new property via you system. However when I asked for a quote on a standalone basis you did provide one. However this was very uncompetitive

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. Spent the time inputting my information, got the quotes then spent 2 days unsuccessfully trying to purchase the product but was unable to due to the website being ‘down ‘

renewal was cheaper, trying to claim the difference as per info on your site but keep getting fobbed off

Managed to get the insurance £5 cheaper going directly to the provider, so clearly doesn't do the service advertised

I went through all quotes. Took me an hour. When I picked a policy and put my payment details in there was a technical error and couldn't take my payment. I was very disappointed.

Ever since getting quotes I’ve had a problem getting my Cashback. When I linked from Confused to insurer and tried to retrieve quote I couldn’t, so I phoned them and bought the policy. Big mistake!!! It’s not recorded as a sale for Cashback. I’ve been arguing with Topcashback for 3 days. I’m going to have to cancel policy and start again, what a mess. No one is capable of sorting this simple problem.

The initial quote from AXA was £359. When went to complete it rose to £700 plus. Spoke to AXA and they were more confused than me. Could not resolve issue. Went to next quote and purchased from them. Not happy.
