The site was easy to use and I was pleased with the selection of different quotes. I chose one and made a purchase. Payment was taken immediately. However, I have received no correspondence whatsoever..not even an email. I also have received nothing with regards to the 2x £10 petrol vouchers. These were an attractive option, they did the job in reeling me in as a customer. What a shame that they did not materialize... Totally unimpressed and I will be leaving a review reflecting my dissatisfaction on trust pilot.

They suggested Tesco but when you go to Tesco's site it says we will not insure you - and don't give any reasons.

I had the flat insured already and CONDUSED ended up sending me the same email regarding the same flat, I ended up buying insurance twice for the same property. Too confusing, as you try flogging quotes randomly and have no control over who bought what from whom. Now, one of insurers refused to give my money back, and I realised that I cannot claim from CONFUSED either.

You failed to ensure I could claim the advertised reward for that transaction by omiting the company/product name from the dropbox on the reward claim page.

Disappointed that chose to renew home insurance through yourselves for the £20 gift, but then told can’t claim it as claimed it last year for the old policy. Feel a bit cheated.

Purchased via topcashback. This merchant still hasn’t upgraded yet the said amount into my account after over a week of waiting. Use them at your discretion. I shall Not use them again as trust has been lost.

Confused.com lived up to its name, in that I ended up completely confused! Despite putting in my details carefully, it came up with several insurance policies which would have resulted in inadequate cover at best, or at worst me being completely uninsured. The problems lie in the way the confused.com system interacts with the insurance company systems. Had I not checked the policies proposed carefully myself (something that I'm pretty sure a lot of people don't bother to do, as the most prominent option is simply "buy policy") I would have been lulled into a false sense of security and would have paid for a policy that didn't cover my property. There must be a lot of people around the UK who have done this, and who are therefore uninsured.

High rise in my particular insurance and I’m sure in many of your other customers. My daughter telephoned your company regarding the increase but basically the reply was that’s what it cost, tough. My loyalty or others doesn’t seem to matter. Poor relationship with existing customers.
