Tried to contact two insurance providers ,ensure and shelagh wheels with phone numbers on there Internet Web site,and was unable to contact both of them very poor services not happy,still looking for buildings and contents insurance.

You promise a reward after buying through you, but I can't choose my address because it doesn't exist and I can't add it manually and therefore can't claim my reward. This failure in the product needs to be solved immediately, otherwise, you could incur false advertising easily and break the law.

The 'Reward' is a total con - if you don't reveal your code within a certain time it is no longer valid - I was on holiday and missed this by five days - absolutely disgusting!

As we are a comparison website, we don’t calculate the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. I spent 2 hours battling with this site - broken links, disappearing info, quotes bouncing up and down. Yes, I bought insurance from Sky Protect, but via a different comparison site. The same thing happened last year.

You are so busy building up the special rewards. I have just been rejected by 'Hellofresh' as being out of date although I emailed them one hour after your email to me. A huge scam, so couldn't recommend you to any friend or even . Very disappointed with your behaviour

i contacted yourselves in an effort to obtain a competitive quotation for both home and contents Insurance you recommended MBNA and i spent all weekend trying to make sense of your web site. I eventually contacted MBNA Direct and was able to set-up cover. i would inform you IT IS A QUESTION OF ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL when dealing with older customers who may not be computer literate. In theory, it is simpler to do all this on the Internet, theoretically saving time. It may be to you, but as a senior citizen it is hard work. There is no phone number to discuss things like the amount of incidental costs following a heretical accident etc. My age is 88 and it is very stressful trying to organise insurances. I found a person who runs a company as a branch of a major one, and it was so much easier that way.

All the companies you showed me all said they would insure a flood risk property. None of them would when I spoke to them. Misleading and a total waste of my time

Very expensive quotes as compared to other comparison websites. I won't recommend this website to others. As the name of this website suggested, it makes people more "confused" when people are supposed to get a cheap quotes.

You were unable to quote me on my new property via you system. However when I asked for a quote on a standalone basis you did provide one. However this was very uncompetitive
