“lots of offers but seems a bit disjointed”

“Finding cheaper prices in a timely manner so you can act before it's too late. A great service. You also get a list on price order too so you can decide on the basis of the company offering the service. On my y view this is really important as quality provision isn't always the cheapest.”

“I got so CONFUSED trying to find a home insurance policy that suited me, that I gave up after about 90 minutes waste of time. Having selected one, the actual process of buying it was so confusing that I gave up.”

“Entered my home and contents insurance requirements. Many options to choose from. Bought a policy that was £150 cheaper than my current provider. Called my original provider, they couldn't match Hastings Premier. I will continue to use confused.com for future policies. Highly recommend the site.”

“Filled out all the timely information on your site, got lots of good quotes and chose to go with the 'One Protect' option. Thought everything was OK but 24hours later received an email from One Protect saying they could not cover us and we would have to seek insurance from someone else? Didn't want to risk the same thing happening again so this time went on the 'Compare The Market' site, got some good quotes, opted to go with the AA and they accepted us straight away without any question. I don't know if it's a Confused.com issue or a One Direct Issue but either way the experience has put us off of using Confused.com in the future.”
