The Shell fuel voucher is impossile to use, if received at all.

After completing all the details online I had to call and they then wasted more time going through every question I had already completed. It was no surprise at the end that the price offered was not available, well it was if I didn't want subsidence and flood cover if I did then the price would have been over £660

I thought I was dealing with Go Compere and I finished up with Confused.com I am completely confused. I thought I had bought my insurance from Swinton Classic but that is not the name of the company I am insured with. What is going on. The quote was given but after I had agreed to a price the price was almost immediately offered at a lower price. I am not happy. C.Coles

Hello Martin, I’m sorry the prices you received are too expensive. As we are a comparison website, we don’t actually calculate any prices. The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail. I hope this helps.

Was not happy when asked to provide an valuation for my watch (which is insured as new for old). The explanation was that it was over £10k - this was not clear when taking the insurance out - in short there would not have been a payout had the watch have been stolen.

Really useless website. Information not getting transferred when taking quote then incorrect prices comes then you check to enter correct information and price just increase despite shouldn’t effect price

I wrote to you a week ago (on your webmail) regarding your listing of the Halifax home insurance. Basically, it is not clear that Halifax do NOT include a detached garage in the structures basic insurance. No one else seems to do this other than Lloyd's who underwrite the Halifax. I could get hold of either of you, neither you or they send a confirmation email with the policy. This means I had to wait for your reply which I havnt had or the halifax paper docs which came Saturday which hides this fact several pages in and for which there is conflicting info. Check your insurance with Halifax folks. It does NOT include detached garage.

It only provides an indication as you ask for post code very early on it is very annoying to complete the whole process only to be told at the end that a company will not quote for yours long winded waste of time
